All submissions to the LinkChannels.com Web Directory (LinkChannels.com) are subject to the Terms of Service as outlined below.

Acceptance of Terms of Service

LinkChannels.com Web Directory (LinkChannels.com) submission services are offered under the terms and conditions outlined below, which may change in the future and without notice to you. LinkChannels.com reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any or all of this agreement. By completing the submission form and clicking the "Continue" button, you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to be bound by this agreement.

Description of Services

LinkChannels.com provides a fee based editorial review and consideration of your web site for inclusion into the LinkChannels.com Web Directory. By submitting a web site, you acknowledge that the fee is for the review and consideration of your web site and does not guarantee inclusion within the directory. You further agree that if your web site is accepted, your continued inclusion is subject to an annual editorial review and fee.

LinkChannels.com Web Directory will complete this review and respond to your request within five (5) business days from the date of the confirmation of payment, excluding holidays and any delays associated with accessing your web site or processing your request.

Submission fee is for the review and consideration of your web site only, and does not guarantee the inclusion of a submitted web site into the directory. This fee assures that an editor will review your web site and consider it for inclusion within the time period specified above.

Nothing in this agreement obligates LinkChannels.com Web Directory to accept, list or link to your site from anywhere on the directory. You further acknowledge that if accepted, nothing in this agreement obligates LinkChannels.com to place your site as suggested in regards to title, description or specific category.

Minimum Acceptance Guidelines

  • A site must be accessible 24/7, excluding reasonable downtime.

  • A site must support multiple browsers.

  • A site must not be under construction.

  • A site must not redirect users to another address.

  • A site must contain substantive, unique content.

  • A site must not mirror the content or services of another site.

  • A site must not have broken images or navigation.

  • A site must be in the English language.

  • A site must not already be listed within the directory.

  • A site must not disguise its purpose or intent.

  • A site must not contain any illegal products, services or content.

The above list is the minimum requirements only, and other factors will be used to determine the suitability of a site for inclusion within the directory. Our submission guidelines outline other factors considered by the editors when reviewing your web site for consideration of inclusion within the directory.

Listing Acceptance

LinkChannels.com Web Directory reserves the right to determine category placement, site tiles and descriptions, including the right to exclude any or all of the suggested description if your site is accepted into the directory. LinkChannels.com further reserves the right to remove, move or edit a listing at any time, and for any reason without notice to you.

Once published, listings are not eligible for a refund, either in full, pro-rated or otherwise, but will be permanently removed upon a verified request of the site owner.

Indemnity

The service provided by LinkChannels.com Web Directory is provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

LinkChannels.com Web Directory, its employees, agents and parent shall not be liable under any circumstances, for any loss of business, profits, goodwill, loss of data, interruption of business or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that results from an applicants use or inability to use this service, the acceptance or rejection of a site, or its continued inclusion within the directory. LinkChannels.com Web Directory's liability to an applicant shall not, for any reason, exceed any amounts actually paid to LinkChannels.com Web Directory under this agreement.
